How to Care for Iron Products - For wrought iron inside your home, use furniture polish once a year or when it looks dry. Iron used outside can be painted and sealed or left to rust.
Stone Products
Stone is becoming more affordable and is an excellent way to bring nature indoors as part of your decorating ideas. Even though stone is available in many forms, the most popular is granite. Stone finishes range from highly polished to rustic.

Bronze Products
People are drawn toward bronze because it's warmer than other materials. Bronze is available in a variety of finishes ranging from a dark oil-rubbed bronze to a lighter, satin-finished bronze. The patina (green or brown film on the surface of bronze) changes over time, changing to a darker shade, a dappled appearance, or even a soft green color. Applying a sealant or lacquer to protect the finish usually preserves bronze, but the patina still changes.

Copper Products
Copper comes in an assortment of finishes, from smooth to hammered and shiny to dull. The thickness of the copper is measured by the gauge: the lower the gauge, the thicker the copper.
